Alverdiscott is tiny and looks almost forgotten - there's an old school building scheduled to be made into a new school and on the other side of the road Alscott gardens - a semi modern, small housing developement set in beautiful countryside. All Saints Church and a few other properties is all that there is but even so it is still worth spending a few minutes taking a look around.
